"Not really worth the price"
I expected it to feel a bit nicer for what it costs, but it came off cheap. The price is still high for the quality you get, and that part was weird to me.

I’ve taken this Ozark Trail tent out for a few weekend trips now, and for the price, I’m actually impressed?? The zippers still work fine, and the floor hasn’t ripped even with my kids dragging bags and random stuff in and out. One of the poles did get a slight bend after a windy night, but the tent is still totally usable. Is it perfect?? No. But for regular camping here and there, it’s been solid

"Not super comfy, kinda awkward"
Setup was a little awkward for me and the straps rubbed bad after a bit. I wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t that comfy or easy to use.
"Shipping was fine, but kind of annoying"
My package showed up later than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. But it wasn’t a huge deal because everything arrived in good shape. So yeah, shipping was slow, but at least nothing was damaged.

"Reminded Me of Easy Weekend Camping"
I picked up an Ozark Trail cooler from ozarktrail.com for a weekend trip, it did better than I expected. I still remember opening it the next morning, half-asleep by the campsite, and finding the drinks cold with some ice still hanging around. That small moment made the trip feel a little smoother and more relaxed.
For the price, the insulation is solid. I do think the lid could seal a bit tighter, so it’s not totally perfect, but it held up fine for camping. It’s one of those simple things you don’t think much about until it actually works when you need it.

It took longer than I thought it would, and something about it just felt more annoying than it needed to be.

"Warranty process was really frustrating"
My cooler broke after just a few trips, so I figured the warranty would be straightforward. Instead, it ended up being a hassle. Customer service kept passing me around, and after all that waiting, they told me it wasn’t covered. Maybe it could’ve been worse, but it was frustrating because I expected a better experience after buying it.
